    • Employ Woman (www.employwoman.com)  is an online web platform for non-profit privately held by “Do it for me”  to help empower women through employment. Please see below for our terms and conditions for the use of platform for its services. (For the below context EW stands for com and DIFM is short for “Do it for me”)
    • Data that will be collected from the user will be majorly used for registration process and knowing your preferences in job/candidate search. But in general, you can visit EW website without providing any private information*.
  • COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
    • Use of location: is only for the sole purpose of proving you a job listing search result near your location. You will be notified for the access to the location through pop up. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
    • Our web platform is a cookie based platform which collects info for the sole purpose of customized results as in location, and interest. Our analytical tools only allow us to capture usage information and while we keep our data secure, we ensure that our user’s privacy needs are met.
  • THIRD PARTY SERVICES
    • EW uses various 3rdparty service providers such as google to ensure better user experience of the platform.
    • EW does not transfer any private information* to third party services without user’s consent.
  • YOUR CONSENT
    • By registering with Employ Woman, user consents to mentioned privacy policies and displaying their information on the internet. No further consent is required for sharing basic profile information with employers and vice-versa.
  • INFORMATION SECURITY
    • We have our security experts working to secure the server our web data is hosted on. All precautions are in place to ensure information security.
  • UPDATING INFORMATION:
    • All users can update their information on EW by just logging into their profile with their unique email address and password.
    • Any major information update from EW will be shared with the users via email.
  • INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
    • Any information shared on EW is for public use, and will be shared with employers (in case of job seekers information) or employees (in case of employer’s information). In case you don’t want your listing to be visible to the users, ensure to send an email to info@employwoman.com and EW team will take care of removing your data permanently.
  • CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY: EW and DIFM reserves the right to make changes in the privacy policies at any point. Any changes to the policy shall be administered by only EW and DIFM and will be notified to the users via email.
  • DISCLAIMER:
    • EW is not responsible for any third party transactions or third party possessing as EW or DIFM and any losses occurred due to that.
    • EW or DIFM is also not responsible for any employer misinformation provided on the platform, while we do our best to keep every information verified.
    • EW is not responsible for any employer incurred losses or any candidate incurred loss to a company or organization.
    • EW is not responsible for any loss online or offline and is not responsible for any misconduct of people or statements. Though we have a motive to ensure we prevent it as much.
